ARMA handed over Morshynska and Myrhorodska to a company with charter capital of 1,000 hryvnias

Lawyer Andriy Potyomkin previously noted in a column for "Economic Pravda" that "Priorytas" had submitted a fake tender dossier.

"Instead of the mandatory three years of experience managing large industrial complexes, the participant provided a lease agreement for one printer, a desk, and two laptops, and in other agreements it turned out to be the lessee (not the lessor) of its own office. Moreover, the documents uploaded to the Prozorro system show signs of official forgery: an agreement from 2022 references acts from 2027, and an agreement from December 2024 relies on a document that will only appear in January 2025…

In addition, the contender is financially insolvent, its charter capital is 1,000 UAH, according to Opendatabot its net profit for 2025 was 8,400 UAH, the firm is registered in a residential apartment, and its entire additional capital consists of two used Apple computers. This company is a priori incapable of obtaining the mandatory bank guarantee of 101.1 million UAH," the lawyer wrote.

IDS Ukraine: the scale of the asset

IDS Ukraine is a bottled water producer founded in 1996. Its brand portfolio includes Morshynska, Myrhorodska, Alaska, and Aqua Life. According to the company's estimates, it controls more than 40% of the Ukrainian bottled water market.

The group employs about 3,000 people, and the value of its net assets is 4 billion UAH. IDS Ukraine's consolidated revenue in 2025 amounted to 7.4 billion UAH, up from 6.9 billion UAH a year earlier.

Background

Back in 2022, a court arrested the shares and funds of Morshynska that belonged to Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman — a co-owner of IDS Ukraine.

In May, ARMA announced a competition to select a manager for the assets of the IDS Ukraine group. Earlier, following a competition in March 2023, LLC "Carpathian Mineral Waters" — the owner of the "Carpathian Spring" trademark — became the manager of Morshynska. In April 2025, ARMA terminated the contract with this manager.

In October, ARMA reported that it had completed the settlement of the long-running situation around the arrested corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group and promised to announce a competition soon. In November 2025, the agency announced a tender on Prozorro, and later cancelled it. The current competition ended with the selection of the winner — "Legal Bureau "Priorytas".
