MP proposes banning casino advertising on children's websites in Kyrgyzstan

"They sit small children down and show them ads: will you buy your mom a gift? Win this much. Is it possible to restrict such websites so that this advertising does not appear in the territory of Kyrgyzstan?" the MP asked.

Who is responsible for advertising restrictions?

Chairman of the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market Kaiyrat Mamatov replied that restrictions on advertising are introduced by the Antimonopoly Service. The Financial Supervision Authority, in turn, passes information about detected illegal advertising to the antimonopoly agency.

Why were there no regulators at the session?

Mavlyanova also pointed out that neither the State Committee for National Security nor the National Bank had been invited to the session. At the same time, according to her, there have been many complaints about children's payments in games.
