Kendall Jenner played all the characters in a Beats commercial launching Beats 360 — new over-ear headphones with a customizable design. This is the brand's first model that allows users to change colors and style to fit their daily activities, Adweek reports.

The commercial is set to the track “Are Friends Electric?” by Gary Numan and Tubeway Army. The campaign slogan is “One headphone. Every version of you.” For each character, stylists picked an individual Beats 360 color combination for Jenner.

In the opening scene, Jenner talks with a friend while getting ready for the gym. After putting on the headphones and securing the Volt-colored ear cushions, she looks around and sees herself everywhere: in the person she's talking to on the phone, behind the coffee shop counter, reading a book. Her face even appears in photographs on the wall of a restaurant named Kendall's. The message: Beats 360 adapts along with its owner.

“I'm always on the move and constantly switching between different looks, so Beats 360 is perfect for my lifestyle. I love that I can change the ear cushions depending on what I'm doing that day,” Jenner said in a statement.

Beats 360 comes in four core body colors: black, cloud, pink and sky. Additionally, the brand released six Performance Knit ear cushion colorways — featuring a new technology developed specifically for intense gym use. For extra comfort, UltraPlush ear cushions are available in black and cloud. The collection marks the return of pastel shades to the brand's lineup.

Beats has long collaborated with celebrities. In 2024, Jenner's half-sister Kim Kardashian took part in an ad for headphones in three monochromatic nude shades.

“Kendall curates her look for every moment, so she needs headphones that change right along with her. The film captures this perfectly — playfully showcasing every side of Kendall and how Beats 360 keeps up with all of them,” Beats Chief Marketing Officer Chris Thorne said in a statement.

The commercial was created by agency Uncommon Creative Studio, directed by Ariel Fisher, and produced by Magna Studios.

The Beats 360 collection is already available for purchase online at apple.com. Retail sales begin September 24.
