Nikita Pipko, founder of the advertising group Igronik, has created the holding company KIT1217, which will bring together all of the group's assets and serve as the potential issuer in an IPO. Between 20–25% of the shares could be floated in the listing.

The indicative business valuation received from investment consultants exceeds 15 billion rubles. Pipko emphasized that this figure does not represent the expected offering price. According to the group's internal forecast, Igronik's EBITDA for 2026 will be around 2.7 billion rubles. Over four years, the group's revenue has grown sixfold.

What Will the New Structure Change?

Igronik will remain the group's flagship, but asset management will be centralized in a single corporate headquarters with a shared back office. The holding's task is to show investors the different areas of the business and the potential for growth through acquisitions in advertising and related industries.

The group will soon form a functioning board of directors, with independent directors making up the majority. The board will present a development program and take charge of strategic oversight.

When and Where Will the Listing Take Place?

Pipko estimates the IPO timeline at 6–18 months, with practical preparations beginning in 2027. The likely venue is the Moscow Exchange.

Before the listing, the group does not rule out a pre-IPO round, during which part of the stake earmarked for public sale could be sold. Talks with institutional investors are already underway.

Why Does the Group Want to Go Public?

"The decision to enter the public market is not sudden — the time has simply come," the entrepreneur explained. According to him, the concept for expanding the group was formed more than six years ago.

Proceeds from the IPO are expected to go toward business expansion. Nikita Pipko's family plans to retain control of the group after the listing.
