Six startups raise $750K from IT Park Ventures
IT Park Ventures and partners have invested $750K in six startups from Uzbekistan. The largest check went to ORA, an AI marketing platform — $150K.

Venture fund IT Park Ventures, together with other investors, has invested $750K in six technology startups from Uzbekistan. This was reported by the fund's press service.
The investment check ceremony took place on September 22 on the sidelines of Startup & Venture Summit as part of ICT Week 2026. The deals cover solutions in the fields of corporate procurement, marketing, e-commerce, the automotive market, and logistics.
“All projects have already confirmed the demand for their products and plan further development in Uzbekistan and international markets,” IT Park Ventures noted.
ORA — AI platform for marketing campaigns
The largest round was closed by ORA, a platform with artificial intelligence features for running marketing campaigns. The service automates the entire workflow: from script preparation and creator selection to publication control and results analysis. The platform's network includes more than 30 thousand bloggers and UGC creators.
ORA raised $150K from IT Park Ventures. With the fund's assistance, the startup additionally received $50K from a private venture fund. According to its creators, the company allows brands to launch large-scale advertising campaigns faster and reduce manual work. The money will go toward developing AI tools, expanding the creator network, and entering new markets.
Layf — infrastructure for e-commerce
IT Park Ventures directly provided $100K and helped attract another $50K from a local fund to Layf, a platform for launching and developing online stores, delivery services, and super-apps. The service combines e-commerce infrastructure, payments, logistics, CRM, analytics, and AI.
Layf is already developing ties with banks, payment, and logistics platforms in four countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Armenia. Earlier, the startup received $50K from IT Park Ventures following an acceleration track, becoming one of the winners of the Digital Startup Awards competition. The team will invest the funds in developing AI solutions, expanding regional partnerships, and scaling across Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Bigmart — marketplace for B2B procurement
B2B marketplace Bigmart raised $100K. The platform allows users to purchase goods and business services by bank transfer with the issuance of closing documents. The marketplace features more than 40 thousand listings.
The funds will be directed toward product development, scaling, and expanding the sales team. Plans include introducing an AI assistant for forecasting companies' needs, automatic inventory replenishment, and calculating a fair market price for goods.
q.watt — power bank rentals and micromobility
The fund also issued an investment check to q.watt, a service for renting power banks and micromobility vehicles. The service has a network of more than 4,900 stations and a fleet of 1,500 bicycles. Its monthly active audience reaches 97 thousand people.
In addition to Uzbekistan, q.watt operates in Tajikistan and Bulgaria. The investment will go toward international scaling, expanding the network of stations and bicycles, developing the technology platform, and launching new services.
UrbanDrive — car buying and selling platform
Car buying and selling platform UrbanDrive received $100K from IT Park Ventures and another $100K from Yoshlar Ventures. The service brings together buyers, official dealers, banks, and financial institutions. Users can choose a car, compare offers, apply for a loan, and complete the main stages of the purchase online. Dealers have access to the UrbanDealer platform with tools for managing sales, customers, orders, inventory, and analytics.
Tezbor — logistics for online stores
Tezbor raised $100K under the Digital Startups 1+1 co-financing program. The startup has created a logistics platform for delivering orders from online stores, connecting sellers, couriers, and pickup and drop-off points. The service now works with more than 500 clients in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Denmark. The company will spend the money on scaling its logistics network, developing AI technologies, and expanding into new markets.
Earlier, the Osnova AI platform raised an additional $124K in investment from UC Ventures.
