"Yandex Advertising" Restores Access to RSYa and Adfox Accounts
"Yandex Advertising" has restored access to RSYa and Adfox accounts: revenue data has been preserved, September payouts are on schedule. The "Direct" and "Business" accounts remain closed for now.

"Yandex Advertising" has restored access to the RSYa partner account, Adfox, and the account for advertising agencies — the "Direct" and "Business" accounts remain restricted for now. The service's team announced the resumption of "several key services" in its Telegram channel. Work on a full recovery is ongoing.
What is already working?
In the RSYa partner account (Yandex Advertising Network — the system through which website owners earn money from ad displays), users can once again manage monetization settings, create ad blocks, and view statistics. Data on impressions and revenue has been preserved. Payouts of remuneration for September 2026 are "proceeding on the usual schedule."
Adfox — a platform for managing ads on one's own properties — is also available. In the account for advertising agencies, information on bonuses and certification results has been opened.
What about "Direct" and "Business"?
Advertising campaigns launched in "Direct" and "Business" continue to run, the company added. Statistics on results are being collected and saved, and set budgets are being adhered to. However, access to personal accounts is temporarily restricted: for now, it is not possible to manage campaigns, change settings, or view reports.
On October 12, 2026, sources told Kommersant that some advertisers are abandoning promotion through "Direct" and switching to alternative channels. According to them, some clients managed to reduce the number of active campaigns, while others did not. Yandex told RBC that stopping campaigns in "Direct" was not yet technically possible.
Why did the outages occur?
On the night of October 8, 2026, drones attacked a Yandex data center in Sasovo, Ryazan Region; on October 9, in Kaluga; and on the night of October 11, in Vladimir. After that, the company's services and those of third-party developers began experiencing disruptions.
By the evening of October 11, Yandex reported the gradual restoration of access to "Alisa," "Search," "Maps," and other services, but warned that some of their functions remain unavailable. On October 13, Yandex Pay announced the restoration of transfers and payments for some users.
"Yandex Drive" reported that cars can be rented and rentals ended as before. The company has also partially restored the operation of its "smart" home system.
The key takeaway for advertisers and webmasters: monetization and payouts are working, but managing campaigns in "Direct" and "Business" is not yet possible.
