The number of connections to the "Mail Turnkey" service from Reg.resheniya grew more than 10.7 times in the first half of 2026. This is how small businesses responded to the second package of anti-cyberfraud measures — Federal Law No. 210-FZ dated 26.06.2026.

At the same time, sends through foreign email services are declining. According to the marketing automation platform Unisender, the volume of email campaigns by small businesses through foreign services, particularly Gmail, over the same period fell by 55.3% year-on-year — from 11.4 million to 5.1 million emails. The steepest decline was recorded in IT (-43.3%), marketing (-37.6%), and consulting (-34.5%).

In July 2026 alone, the number of "Mail Turnkey" connections grew by another 27%. Reg.resheniya — a service for entrepreneurs from Reg.ru — attributes the trend to the new law, which tightens requirements for transparency and controllability of digital channels: from interaction with the GIS "Antifraud" system to restrictions on the distribution of certain categories of information and changes in the rules for telecom operators, banks, and online platforms.

For entrepreneurs, the law became a reason to reconsider not only payment and phone-related scenarios, but also basic communication with customers. Personal inboxes and external email services provide less control over access, administration, and binding to their own domain. Ready-made domain email from a Russian provider is perceived as a legitimate working environment rather than a set of disparate services.

"Sends through foreign email services declined most sharply in IT, marketing, and consulting, which is driving greater interest in email on one's own domain. In the first half of 2026, the number of .ru and .рф domains with mailboxes grew by 3% year-on-year, while the number of "Mail Turnkey" connections at Reg.resheniya increased by 966%. Small businesses view domain email as a basic element of their online presence and manageable infrastructure: the entrepreneur gets a working tool without having to assemble and administer it themselves," commented Ivan Gribov, Director of Product Development for Entrepreneurs at Reg.resheniya.

Unisender interprets the data more cautiously. According to the company, it is too early to talk about a mass exodus from Gmail: the overall volume of sends through this service remains in demand.

"We see that it is not so much the choice of a specific email service that is changing, but rather the approach small businesses take to organizing corporate communications. More and more companies are opting for corporate email on their own domain. At the same time, it is too early to talk about a mass abandonment of Gmail: the overall volume of email campaigns through this service remains in demand. However, it is in the small business segment that we are seeing a noticeable decline in such sends, which may indicate a gradual transition of companies toward more mature management of digital infrastructure," noted Darya Levushkina, Marketing Director at Unisender.

At Reg.resheniya, they emphasize: the switch to corporate email is especially important for companies whose website serves as a working channel for sales and customer communication. A small business can start with one or two mailboxes for inquiries and support, and as it grows, build out a structure of mailboxes and roles with unified access rules.

The geography of clients with domain email is concentrated in the largest regions. Moscow accounts for 23.9% of connections, Moscow Region — 17.1%, St. Petersburg — 7.9%, Krasnodar Krai — 4.4%, and Sverdlovsk Region — 4.2%.

The "Mail Turnkey" service provides corporate mailboxes such as [email protected] on the company's domain. The address matches the website and brand, emails are sent on behalf of the organization, and access and employee permissions are configured centrally. Reg.resheniya specialists fully set up and configure the infrastructure: DNS records, mailboxes, and basic operating parameters.

Unisender is an omnichannel marketing automation platform. The service combines email, SMS, messengers, chatbots, and AI tools for personalized communications, including Telegram and MAX.
